Itinerary

The mountain biking pick-up starts from 7:30 to 08:30 a.m.
Leg 1: Descend 22 km on asphalt road. At checkpoint (45 min. in), pay 50 BOB entrance fee. Build confidence on bike.
Safety Car follows the bikers group with stops for water, photos, and bike checks.
Leg 2: Experience the "Death Road" with a 10 km downhill journey on a rocky road.
Leg 3: About 32 Km. it starts with a waterfall splash!! Finally, the end of the tour is in Yolosa.
Next stop is in a hotel with showers, a swimming pool, and a buffet lunch.
At approximately 05:00 p.m. it´s time to go back to La Paz by Car.
At the final of the "Death Road Tour" the guide will drop off you at the Bus Office ( Bus La Paz to Uyuni).
Bring All your BAGS with you because you won't return to your hotel.
Bus departs at 9:00 p.m.

Start at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast.
First stop, the Chiguana Desert on Uyuni salt flats Southside, surrounded by volcanoes such as Ollagüe, which is still active and can be seen from the lookout point.
Then, continue along the rocky road to visit: Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons in which flamingoes can be seen.
After Lunch, enter to “Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve”, visit the Desert of Siloli (the highest and driest in the world), and take a picture next to the ‘Rock tree’ (a lava rock formation). Before arriving at the final destination, stop at the overlook point by the Red Lagoon to see more pink flamingos in their natural habitat and admire this intense red-colored lake.

Accommodation: Huayllajara Hostel, shared 6-bed rooms + shared baths, no hot water (to protect the national park) / no Wi-Fi

Start at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast.

Early start 5:00 a.m. visiting: Sol de Mañana Geysers, Free time at Hot Springs at a 35 Cº water.

Then return to Uyuni, enjoying picturesque scenery along the way and having a Picnic lunch by the roadside.

Arrive in Uyuni town from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
Then, head to the Bus Office on your own by 8:30 p.m.
Departure Bus from Uyuni to La Paz 9:00 p.m.

Arrive at La Paz City between 6:15 a.m. to 6:35 a.m.
The finish point of the tour: Main Bus Station in La Paz City.

  • Yes, finish this tour at San Pedro de Atacama in Chile instead of coming back to Uyuni. 
  • It works like this: After you visit the Green Lagoon, the guide will help you get across the border without any issues, take a transfer from Bolivian side to Chile, and finally you will arrive in Chile no later than 1:30 pm.
  • The drop-off is at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square, and the cost of this transfer is $35USD.
  • Please note that you will have no lunch before your transfer to San Pedro de Atacama.
  • We recommend having a good breakfast or taking extra snacks with you.

NO, Tour Guide is one licensed expert and bilingual (English – Spanish) person, and the Local Driver is another licensed expert person with many years of xperience.

  • Usually, the tour is composed by 2 cars + 1 guide + 2 drivers. CAR A: 6 people. CAR B: 5 people + English speaking guide.
  • The tour guide always has many stops everywhere, and he explains about the sightseer places to everybody, so, everybody has the same information. / Also the tour guide participates with everybody.

On the first day of your tour, customers can leave their belongings at our office in Uyuni and pick them up upon return. However, if you have a transfer to San Pedro de Atacama after the tour, you must bring your luggage with you.

  • First night in hostel (Uyuni) (3-beds, 4-beds, 5-beds, and 6-bed rooms) with shared toilets
  • Second night in shared 6-bed room (Uyuni) (same group at the jeep car) with shared toilet

  • Some places can become inaccessible, such as: Incahuasi Island, and a museum – hotel made of salt.
