The most breathtaking adventure in Uyuni

From the moment I joined this tour, I knew it would be special. The pick-up was punctual and smooth, and our guide immediately made us feel comfortable. The first stop at the Train Graveyard was like stepping into a forgotten world, with rusty locomotives standing against the wide Altiplano sky. It felt like touching the history of Bolivia with my own hands. As we continued to Colchani, I loved seeing the local salt processing and the small market where villagers sold handmade crafts. Driving across the salt flats was otherworldly—an endless white horizon that made me feel like we were floating in the sky. Isla Incahuasi, with its giant cacti and panoramic views, was a photographer’s dream. The best moment came at sunset. The surface of the salar became a perfect mirror, reflecting the clouds and the soft pink and gold of the sky. We toasted with wine in absolute silence, surrounded by this surreal beauty. This is an experience that has touched my heart forever, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bolivia.
